حالياً، تقوم شركات الشحن التي نتعاقد معها بتوصيل الطلبات داخل البلد وبعض المدن المحددة المذكورة في صفحة التوصيل. يمكنكم طلب التوصيل خارج البلد عبر الاتصال بفريق المتجر عبر الواتساب، حيث يتم توفير معلومات الوزن والتسعير لوكلاء الشحن الدوليين غير المسجلين في المتجر حالياً.
ماذا في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي في المنتج؟
يرجى قراءة سياسة الاسترجاع لمعرفة شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال. في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي واتفاق على إرجاع المنتج، سيتم احتساب تكلفة الشحن للشركة والعميل لإعادة الشحن. لكن لا يتم احتساب قيمة المنتج على العميل وفقاً لسياسة الاسترجاع.
